Business Development Manager – Fit‑out Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new fit‑out contracting opportunities in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, expanding the project pipeline, and securing commercial interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the commercial fit‑out and interior contracting market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers and project managers.
• Generate qualified leads, track tenders and market opportunities from early stages to award.
• Collaborate with estimating, design and project teams to prepare proposals and commercial submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on proposals to convert opportunities into awarded projects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and business development activities.
• Represent the company at industry events and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in the fit‑out/interior contracting industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the local construction, interiors and real‑estate market.
• Track record of generating leads and converting them into fit‑out projects.
• Good understanding of the fit‑out project lifecycle, tendering process and commercial environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with ability to meet revenue and acquisition targets.
• Independent work style while coordinating closely with estimating and operational teams.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to attend client meetings and site visits.
