Business Development Manager – High‑Rise Chiller Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the commercial activities of our High‑Rise Building Chiller Supply and Operations division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on securing contracts for chiller plant supply, retrofitting and long‑term Operations & Maintenance for premium residential and commercial towers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, gala dinners and networking events, acting as the primary brand ambassador.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with CEOs, Asset Managers and Senior Project Directors of major high‑rise developments.
• Lead high‑stakes client meetings, delivering polished presentations that combine technical specifications with financial ROI models.
• Identify, target and acquire new business opportunities, develop a pipeline of upcoming mega‑projects and secure early‑stage tender participation.
• Manage the full tender and bid process, coordinating with engineering, finance and legal teams to produce competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing to create high‑end campaign materials that position the company as the premier district‑cooling provider.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering; MBA is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of proven business development, corporate sales or key‑account management experience.
• Background in HVAC, district cooling, MEP contracting, high‑rise construction or luxury real‑estate development preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, P&L management and long‑term contract structuring.
