Business Development Manager – International Cyber Security (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to launch and grow our international sales effort from Dubai. You will sell an AI‑driven continuous penetration‑testing platform to Managed Service Providers, MSSPs and enterprise security teams across the UAE, GCC and the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Build a sales pipeline from zero by creating target lists, identifying decision‑makers and initiating contact through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Leverage our existing database of historic leads, applying disciplined, multi‑touch outreach to revive opportunities.
• Manage long‑cycle security buying processes with structured nurturing, sequencing and follow‑up.
• Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, deliver pitches, coordinate technical discussions, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, especially with MSP and MSSP partners, to drive account growth.

Required profile

• Strong prospecting and relationship‑building skills with a proven ability to close sales.
• Experience selling to MSPs, MSSPs or enterprise security teams is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
