Business Development Manager - IT Services

About the role

SmartField Tech is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to grow its client base and create new business opportunities in Dubai, UAE. The position is full-time, commission-based and performance-oriented, focused on IT field services and managed IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT field services and managed IT services.
• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE and the wider GCC region.
• Build relationships with enterprise clients, MSPs, IT service providers and technology partners.
• Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and email campaigns.
• Understand client needs and present tailored IT support solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers, negotiate terms and support contract closures.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work with technical and delivery teams on project execution.
• Pursue recurring contracts and long-term partnerships.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Background in IT services, managed services or IT field support preferred.
• Existing business contacts in the UAE or GCC are an advantage.
• Ability to generate leads and turn opportunities into paying clients.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded and target-driven.
