Business Development Manager

About the role

PES is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and shaping the company’s strategic direction within the IT consulting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target clients and industries aligned with PES services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, deliver presentations, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to the formulation of business development strategies and overall growth plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in business development, sales or account management, preferably in IT technology consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
