Business Development Manager

About the role

Arteco Ceramics LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for its premium porcelain ceramic tiles, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles portfolio. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on expanding market presence across the UAE, GCC and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the building‑materials sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors and end‑users.
• Develop strategic partnerships and drive product specification and re‑specification on projects.
• Lead and coach the outdoor sales team to achieve targets.
• Represent Arteco Ceramics at design events, exhibitions and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in business development, sales or marketing within construction or building‑materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
