Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive portfolio growth, revenue generation and strategic partnerships for Bespoke Residences & Holiday Homes. The role focuses on acquiring new property owners, expanding managed inventory and negotiating management agreements across short‑term rental, serviced apartments and holiday home segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new property listings (apartments, villas, branded residences) and build relationships with landlords, developers, investors and brokers.
• Present Bespoke’s management model, ROI structure and value proposition, negotiate and close management agreements.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint high‑demand areas, analyse rental trends, ADR, occupancy and yield potential.
• Prepare ROI projections and performance estimates for prospective clients and support pricing strategy alignment.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with property owners, act as primary contact during onboarding and ensure smooth hand‑over to Operations.
• Draft and negotiate contracts in compliance with UAE regulations (DTCM, RERA) in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Develop partnerships with real‑estate brokers, developers, corporate relocation agencies and investment advisors to increase inbound inventory.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, track performance metrics and report on progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial data and project ROI.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with UAE real‑estate regulations is a plus.
