Business Development Manager

About the role

Chillblast is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its customer and partner network across the UAE and the wider GCC region. You will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and guide customers toward the most suitable technology solutions, ranging from gaming PCs to professional workstations and esports facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the UAE and GCC.
• Establish and nurture relationships with businesses, universities, schools, gaming organisations, government entities, resellers, and technology partners.
• Collaborate with the technical team to recommend appropriate systems based on customer needs.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain a realistic sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
• Support regional partnerships, events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Stay updated on trends in gaming, PC hardware, esports, AI, and professional workstations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
• Background in technology, IT hardware, gaming, consumer electronics, or system integration is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of the UAE business market.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior decision‑makers.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
