Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth of Emirates Flight Catering's food and beverage portfolio by identifying new concepts, markets and partnerships that generate revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to uncover new F&B concepts, formats and services.
• Develop commercially viable proposals, defining target market, revenue potential and operational requirements.
• Assess commercial feasibility with finance partners, evaluating pricing, costing, investment and profitability.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing outlets, menus, service models and sales channels.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with brands, operators, suppliers and landlords.
• Monitor performance of initiatives and recommend corrective actions.
• Introduce innovative commercial models, digital solutions and strategic collaborations to expand market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, F&B Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in F&B or hospitality business development, commercial strategy or related functions.
