About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to be the face of Goldmine Events, hunting for new clients, pitching creative event solutions, and driving revenue across industries. This client‑facing role combines strategy, creativity, and strong relationship‑building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in corporate events across various industries.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Pitch creative event solutions and packages that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, producers, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client visions.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and new event innovations to position Goldmine Events as a leader.
• Manage client expectations, contracts, and budgets efficiently.
• Report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales in events, media, or experiential marketing.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is imperative.
• Strong network and ability to cultivate relationships across industries.
• Confident, persuasive, and a natural hunter for new opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative teams.
• Passion for events, storytelling, and delivering experiences beyond expectations.
