About the role

PrimeBox is a fast‑growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai. We provide self‑storage, moving & packing, and business fulfilment services and are expanding across the UAE. We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients and open new markets.

Key responsibilities

Proactively hunt and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments, including individuals, SMEs, e‑commerce, retail and logistics.
Identify and develop new verticals and partnership channels.
Lead negotiations and close deals end‑to‑end.
Work warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream.
Coordinate with the client manager for task assignment and account oversight.
Manage the pipeline and reporting in the CRM.

Required profile

2+ years experience in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
Proven track record of independently sourcing clients.
Strong negotiator with ability to build lasting relationships.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Self‑starter who thrives without micromanagement.
Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred).
