Business Development Manager – KSA & Jordan

About the role

Evian Volvic Alpro International (EVAI) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. You will lead distributor relationships, develop joint business plans and ensure execution across multiple sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors in the assigned markets.
• Contribute to topline and bottom‑line growth for the zone.
• Build joint business plans with distributors and pilot execution excellence.
• Work closely with distributors down to the customer level to maximise sales.
• Oversee diverse sales channels including off‑premise, hypermarkets, supermarkets, impulse, airport, hotel and restaurant outlets.
• Negotiate trade terms such as volume targets, rebates and price adjustments.
• Develop and align business plans, identify growth levers and monitor action plans.
• Anticipate risks and opportunities for each channel.
• Ensure required resources and partner investments are in place to execute plans.
