Business Development Manager – New Business Sales

About the role

QuantumGate is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead new‑business sales in the cybersecurity and post‑quantum cryptography space. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting enterprise clients across the UAE, GCC and MENA regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close high‑value deals with enterprise customers.
• Develop and expand market presence by building strategic relationships with C‑level and IT decision‑makers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft targeted go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Track performance metrics and report insights to senior management.
• Represent QuantumGate at industry events and conferences to raise brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity within the UAE, GCC or MENA.
• Native Arabic speaker with proven ability to acquire and close new business.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security challenges and emerging post‑quantum technologies.
