Business Development Manager – Personal Finance (Outsourced)

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Personal Finance will lead a team to enhance ADIB's visibility in the financial market, project a warm brand image, and develop growth strategies for personal finance products. The role combines team management, compliance oversight, and business development activities across Dubai and the northern Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed set business targets on time while ensuring team adherence to ADIB policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily business proposals to guarantee compliance with Sharia and internal guidelines.
• Monitor and coach IFE (Individual Front End) activities, guiding the team toward monthly goals.
• Review credit applications, verify critical documents such as MRFs, IDs, and bank statements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date lead status and manage daily attendance, escalating absenteeism when needed.
• Ensure disbursement files are accurate and forwarded to RFO within one working day.
• Handle customer complaints directly and ensure proper handover of files during staff transitions.
• Keep the team informed about product updates, policies, promotions, and open new business channels by visiting potential high‑net‑worth customers.

Required profile

• Preferably a graduate; diploma or high‑school qualification acceptable with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑leading role (or proven consistent top performance).

Required skills

• Familiarity with core banking systems and application sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency in Outlook, email, and HR systems.
