Business Development Manager - Processing & Outsourced Payments

About the role

Network International, a financial technology company active in payments, data and insights, lending, insurance and risk solutions, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role originates, develops and closes profitable business opportunities across the UAE Processing and Outsourced Payment Services portfolio, covering financial institutions, banks, fintechs, exchange houses, telcos and other organisations needing outsourced payment-processing capabilities. It is a client-facing, commercially focused position with direct accountability for new-business revenue, pipeline development and sales conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver assigned new-business, revenue and profitability targets, and build a qualified pipeline to meet annual and multi-year goals.
• Identify, qualify and progress opportunities, and generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
• Develop account and segment plans, conduct market analysis and represent the company at client meetings, industry events and forums.
• Lead executive-level discovery sessions, present proposals and business cases, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including RFIs, RFPs and tenders, and coordinate internal approvals.
• Lead the handover of closed deals to Relationship Management, Delivery, Project Management and Operations, and capture lessons learned.
• Work closely with Relationship Management, Product, Presales, Solution Design, Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk and Operations.
