Business Development Manager – Russian-speaking Markets

About the role

Digi Soudian is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead expansion into Russian‑speaking markets across Russia, the CIS and Central Asia. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, engaging investors and driving growth for our tokenisation, crypto payments and shared power‑bank platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with VC/PE funds, key opinion leaders, industry communities, exchanges and payment providers.
• Develop and nurture business networks across Russia, CIS and Central Asian countries.
• Conduct negotiations, community engagement and content localisation in Russian.
• Grow relationships with local industry players and advance business development deals.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian (native or near‑native); Chinese or English is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with crypto, real‑world asset tokenisation, Web3 and payments, preferably with an existing industry network.
• Proven experience interacting with investors, KOLs, communities, exchanges and projects.
• Deep understanding of the Russian, CIS and Central Asian market ecosystems.
• Self‑driven with a background in business development, sales or community growth.
