About the role

FSP Advisors is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of its structured products and funds for private investors. You will work within a high‑performance financial advisory team, supporting the firm’s growth across key markets such as Dubai, Paris and Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify prospects according to predefined criteria.
Design and execute a systematic prospecting plan.
Build and maintain a network of high‑net‑worth clients.
Provide tailored financial advice and recommend suitable structured products.
Monitor market trends and product developments to keep the offering competitive.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Required profile

Graduate degree in finance (Bac +5) or equivalent.
3‑5 years of experience in business development or sales of financial products.
Fluent in French and English.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with a commitment to excellence.
