Business Development Manager – UAE & MENA

About the role

TMGM is seeking a high‑performing Business Development Manager to lead expansion across the UAE and the wider MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing a portfolio of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and direct clients, leveraging your existing network to generate trading volume and net deposits.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, engage and onboard new IBs, affiliates and strategic partners to expand TMGM’s regional footprint.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Structure and negotiate competitive commission models aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive trading volume, net deposits and client acquisition through existing networks and partner development.
  • Provide partners with marketing materials, training and strategic guidance.
  • Monitor partner performance, delivering insights and optimisation strategies.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, regional trends and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Ensure partner activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Senior Sales professional within an FX/CFD brokerage.
  • Active book of business in the UAE/MENA region (IBs or direct clients).
  • Strong understanding of IB models, rebates, spreads and trading flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate consistent net deposits and trading volume.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑driven with a commercial mindset and results orientation.
