Business Development & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Business Development & Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate all business development, marketing, and client‑relationship activities for the Offshore Logistics division. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive market awareness, generate new opportunities, and strengthen existing client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Identify, analyse, and pursue sales leads for integrated logistics services across new and emerging markets.
• Maintain and expand client relationships, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and brand representation.
• Conduct market demand‑supply analyses to advise business units on strategic project targets.
• Prepare technical and product proposals, and support the creation of investment cases for new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or client‑relations within logistics or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and client needs.
• Ability to develop and present strategic business cases and proposals.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
