Business Development & Marketing Representative – Pharmaceuticals

About the role

Medisal for Pharmaceuticals Industry LLC is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Representative to expand its presence in the UAE healthcare market. The role focuses on promoting the company’s IV solutions and injectable products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors and healthcare groups in the UAE.
• Promote Medisal Pharma’s range of IV solutions and injectable products to key decision‑makers.
• Support marketing activities, product awareness campaigns and brand engagement initiatives.
• Conduct market research, identify trends and prepare competitive analyses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, pharmacists and medical directors.
• Prepare proposals, product presentations, marketing content and periodic reports.
• Coordinate internally with Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Production and Sales to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within the UAE is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to understand pharmaceutical product specifications and regulatory pathways.
• UAE driving licence is required.
