Business Development Officer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to identify new opportunities, generate leads and promote our digital marketing solutions. The role is remote, allowing you to work from home while engaging with clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation and prospect research to build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Acquire clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp and virtual meetings.
• Provide consultative selling of digital marketing services, preparing proposals and quotations.
• Maintain relationships and offer customer support throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve defined sales targets and report updates in the CRM system.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong sales orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field preferred.
