Business Development Partner – Education Agent Network

About the role

We are seeking experienced Business Development Partners to expand our network of education agents and institutional partners in selected overseas markets. This commission‑only position focuses on identifying, approaching and developing local education agents and B2B partners who can promote WI Global Education’s international university programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard local education agents and B2B education partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents to drive student enrolments for international university programmes.
• Negotiate partnership terms and ensure alignment with WI Global Education’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing education agents or education partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the local education and student recruitment market.
• Existing contacts with education agencies, training centres, universities or related organisations.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only basis and able to work independently.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
