Business Development & Partnerships Executive

About the role

Jameel Home Services is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Executive to identify, develop and launch strategic partnerships that drive bookings, revenue and customer acquisition. This execution‑focused role will manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial contact through commercial discussion, onboarding, launch and post‑launch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential strategic partners across consumer brands, property companies, apps, retailers, fitness and wellness businesses.
• Build and maintain a structured partnership pipeline with clear next actions and deadlines.
• Develop tailored partnership proposals, coordinate pricing, service scope and commercial requirements.
• Manage onboarding documentation, contracts and operational requirements, working closely with Operations, Marketing, Tech and Finance.
• Oversee trial bookings or pilot launches, ensure service coverage and capacity, and handle technical integration discussions (API, app or website connectivity).
• Maintain active relationships with existing partners, monitor performance metrics and drive growth from established collaborations.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, partnerships, account management or commercial roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, comfortable speaking with founders, managers and corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage multiple follow‑ups and projects with a commercial mindset.
• Organised with disciplined use of Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Driver’s licence is mandatory.
