About the role
The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and developing new customers, leveraging the existing customer database and other resources to expand the client base and generate qualified leads. The role involves active liaison with prospects and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers using the company’s database and additional resources.
- Generate and qualify leads to feed the sales pipeline.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers, fostering long‑term relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200‑300 customers within the assigned region.
- Grow leads and opportunities across the designated territory.
Required profile
- Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
- Experience managing a large customer portfolio.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented attitude.
