About the role
Novisto is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its sales team. In this quota‑carrying, salaried position you will work under the Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth for a SaaS sustainability management platform.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound cadences (email, call, social media) to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings with high‑value prospects and qualify them for the sales team.
- Set introductory meetings and nurture early‑stage opportunities for future pipeline.
- Articulate customer pain points and demonstrate the value of Novisto’s platform.
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline attribution.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably in Business, Commerce or Marketing.
- Experience in outbound sales or strong customer‑service background.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with grit to develop a new market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- CRM experience.
