Business Development Roles – Junior to Director

About the role

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking enthusiastic Business Development professionals at all seniority levels to drive growth in Dubai’s residential and commercial real estate markets. You will collaborate with senior management, develop innovative strategies, and engage with a diverse client base. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the company’s expansion and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management.
• Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Record all sales activities and maintain updated CRM records.
• Engage in market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and client demands.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Kaizen services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Relevant experience ranging from 0‑2 years (Junior) to 10+ years (Director).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and excellent organisational abilities.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is advantageous, especially for senior roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
