Business Development & Sales Executive

About the role

Emirates Industries LLC is seeking a proactive Business Development and Sales Executive to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on generating new sales opportunities, expanding the client base, and strengthening existing relationships in a fast‑moving B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new sales opportunities and close deals with new clients.
• Identify and develop fresh business opportunities across target markets.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategy and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and securing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in garment manufacturing or international product marketing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
