Business Development & Sales Executive – Luxury Interior Design

About the role

Enzo Living Interiors, a Dubai‑based luxury interior design and fit‑out firm, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to expand its client portfolio and secure new high‑value projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new interior design, fit‑out, and renovation projects.
• Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, real estate agents, architects, and consultants.
• Develop a strong network of high‑net‑worth clients and corporate decision‑makers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within UAE interior design, fit‑out, construction, or luxury real estate.
• Existing network of potential clients, developers, consultants, or real‑estate professionals is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate and close high‑value projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
