About the role
Al Khayyat Investments is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join its Fitness Division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving direct‑to‑consumer (B2C) sales of premium fitness equipment and wellness products, expanding market reach and growing the customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Drive B2C sales through retail channels, showrooms, events, and direct client engagement.
- Identify and develop relationships with personal buyers, fitness professionals, influencers, and wellness‑focused clients.
- Represent global fitness brands at consumer‑facing events and retail activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns tailored to local market needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert consultation to prospective customers.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence to support growth strategies.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in retail or B2C sales, preferably within fitness, architecture, or interior design.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- UAE nationals preferred.
