Business Development Specialist

About the role

Inzone Industries is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive new client acquisition and support entrepreneurs in establishing their businesses across the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through legal, regulatory and logistical steps while delivering sales growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold‑calling and lead‑generation activities.
• Consult with a portfolio of clients to recommend the optimal business setup for their objectives.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
• Provide expert guidance on licensing, permits and compliance with local regulations.
• Track sales performance, report opportunities and challenges to management, and meet monthly conversion targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in a service‑based, target‑driven environment; experience with UAE free zones or corporate services is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and organizational abilities with a proven record of converting leads.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
