Business Development Team Leader – Dubai

About the role

INGOT is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Team Leader to drive revenue growth in the FX and CFD markets. You will lead a sales team, develop strategic plans, and ensure alignment with the company’s core values of high ethics, commitment, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as BD Team Leader, cultivating and managing your own sales portfolio.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and forecast revenue.
• Recruit, train and align the relationship management team with company objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to devise strategies, offerings and promotions.
• Innovate new business development strategies and translate them into profitable ventures.
• Monitor and analyze lead and pipeline data to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years sales and business development experience in FX and CFDs, with at least 2 years managing a sales/BD team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management and analytical mindset.
