Business Director

About the role

The Business Director is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, responsible for driving growth and overseeing strategic initiatives across the company’s investment portfolio. You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop business plans and ensure that all activities align with the firm’s vision and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying new investment and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and financial reports to support decision‑making.
• Lead, mentor and set performance objectives for diverse teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities to meet financial and operational targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Monitor performance, optimise processes and provide analytical insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market data and investment opportunities.
• Proficiency in business planning, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Proven team‑management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to design effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in investment, consulting or related fields, preferably in the GCC or international markets.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• High integrity, results‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
