Key responsibilities

• Support network and fleet planning by analysing capacity, long‑term fleet decisions and growth opportunities.
• Develop schedule‑optimisation models to improve commercial and operational performance.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights, forecasts, models and business cases.
• Apply advanced analytical, mathematical and optimisation techniques to operational challenges.
• Conduct industry and customer research to inform strategy and product decisions.

Required profile

• UAE national graduate with a Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Air Transport Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Up to two years of professional experience or recent graduate status.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.
