Business Management & Marketing Faculty (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Business Management & Marketing faculty member to join our academic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality teaching, mentor students, and contribute to curriculum development and research activities. This role combines classroom instruction with scholarly work in a multicultural university environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars and tutorials in Business Management and Marketing, and develop course materials and assessments.
• Design and update curricula to reflect industry trends and academic standards.
• Provide academic advising, career counseling and mentorship to students, supporting research projects and internships.
• Conduct research, publish findings in academic journals and present at conferences.
• Participate in departmental meetings, student assessment activities and administrative duties.

Required profile

• PhD degree preferred; minimum 4‑5 years of university‑level teaching experience in Business Management or Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to academic integrity and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using educational technologies to enhance learning.
