Business Manager – Technology Business Management

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Business Manager for its Information Technology department. The role supports the Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) in driving the technology agenda, coordinating priorities, and translating workstreams into actionable deliverables. It also leads business‑management activities such as performance monitoring, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination within the GCTO Office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal communication, information flow and preparation of materials for GCTO meetings, reviews and decision‑making forums.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations and analytical summaries for senior leadership.
• Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings, forums and internal Technology events.
• Monitor Technology KPIs, operational performance, risks and dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
• Coordinate the Technology leadership operating rhythm, ensuring decisions are documented, communicated and actioned.
• Engage with internal stakeholders across Technology and corporate functions to progress workstreams and facilitate collaboration.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in business management, strategy, planning, or financial analysis.
• Experience in technology, digital, infrastructure or consulting environments (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
