Business Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Business Operations Associate to support daily business operations, improve internal processes, and provide accurate reporting and operational insights across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily business operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, sales activities and business metrics.
• Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Collect, validate and analyse business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and support improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Business Operations, Business Analysis, Sales Operations or related field (entry‑to‑mid level).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Operations Management or related field (or strong graduate profile).
