Business Operations Manager – CFO Office

About the role

Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to support its CFO Office in Dubai. The role bridges finance, project management and executive reporting, providing critical insight and coordination across multiple corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CFO and finance leadership to drive key priorities and initiatives.
• Consolidate data from various functions and produce clear executive‑level updates, reports and presentations.
• Develop high‑quality PowerPoint decks, Excel reports, dashboards and management packs for senior leadership.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines and actions across the CFO portfolio, maintaining structured trackers for progress, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Business Development, Technical, Legal, Procurement, HR, IT and other functions to ensure timely delivery of agreed actions.
• Support corporate finance, project financing and financial close activities, including documentation and digital data‑room management.
• Assist audit, compliance and governance processes by gathering documentation and tracking issue resolution.
• Prepare materials for management and committee discussions and escalate risks when needed.
• Contribute to building a more structured PMO and portfolio‑management approach within the CFO Office.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 5‑8+ years of relevant experience in PMO, finance operations, corporate finance, project finance, business operations or strategy.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives such as a CFO, Finance Director or CEO.
• Strong background in preparing management reports, executive presentations and business dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
