Business Operations Manager

We seek a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, coordinate internal teams (Support, Marketing, Development, Design, Risk) and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead project management activities, ensure timely delivery, maintain documentation and collaborate with developers and designers on product improvements.
• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates and partners, manage relationships and optimise performance.
• Coordinate website updates, monitor user experience, conversion rates and drive lead generation.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, analyse market trends and produce actionable reports.
• Support marketing initiatives, generate campaign ideas and assist with email automation.
• Identify automation opportunities, implement AI tools and develop AI‑driven workflows for reporting, support and research.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital and affiliate marketing concepts.
• Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
