About the role

Help AG is seeking a motivated UAE National to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. In this dual‑role position, you will ensure the smooth functioning of business processes while maintaining an organized, productive office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimise business processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow and clear communication.
• Manage office layout, supplies, equipment, and daily operations, including maintenance and catering.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee renewals for services such as cleaning, security, and catering.
• Handle visitor management from arrival to departure, ensuring a professional experience.
• Provide administrative support: data entry, filing, report creation, and scheduling for executive management.
• Assist with basic financial tasks, including petty‑cash handling and expense tracking.

Required profile

• Emirati candidate holding a family book (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business operations and office management.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with vendor contract negotiation and renewal.
• Proficiency in office software for reporting and scheduling.
