Business Operations & Strategy Manager

About the role

Analog is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to lead commercial execution and partner operations across its Abu Dhabi office. The role works closely with senior leaders, translating high‑level strategy into actionable plans and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Join customer and partner conversations to capture deal priorities, risks, and next steps.
• Transform customer‑side reality into internal reports on pipeline health, blockers, forecast drivers, and execution plans.
• Own recurring commercial and financial reporting rhythms, including weekly updates, pipeline reviews, and leadership‑ready summaries.
• Maintain the CRM as the system of record, ensuring pipeline hygiene, consistent deal updates, and process enforcement.
• Run operating cadences: prepare meetings, set agendas, create materials, track actions, and log decisions.
• Build strong relationships across group offices to keep stakeholders aligned and execution predictable.
• Manage operational workflows such as vendor onboarding and coordination with procurement for Analog and its partners.
• Standardize templates, formats, and workflows to improve execution predictability and quality over time.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, finance operations, program management, or high‑ownership startup roles.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in structured reporting environments.
• Excellent judgment and rapid context‑building skills.
