Business Performance Analyst (EVCI & H2 Operations)

About the role

The Business Performance Analyst (Operations – EVCI & H2) will support the development and execution of performance management frameworks for the electric vehicle charging infrastructure and hydrogen operations department. The role combines market research, KPI tracking, budgeting and financial planning to drive operational and financial efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business performance management frameworks for EVCI & H2 operations.
• Conduct market research, industry trend analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify, track and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable recommendations.
• Support preparation, review and monitoring of departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in negotiation and contracting with digital and technology partners, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Produce comprehensive performance reports in line with standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of relevant experience in performance analysis, budgeting or business development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and report preparation.
