Business Process Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

OBT Group is expanding its logistics footprint across Africa and the Middle East. Based in Dubai, the Business Process Coordinator will drive the implementation, adoption, and daily operation of the Transportation Management System (TMS) and related logistics processes across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support TMS rollout in assigned countries, including testing, data preparation, user readiness, and go‑live support.
• Monitor day‑to‑day TMS usage, coordinate issue resolution with country teams, IT, and system providers.
• Deliver user training, refresher sessions, and practical guidance to ensure consistent system adoption.
• Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and training materials for logistics processes.
• Identify process gaps and recurring system issues, document findings, and support corrective actions.
• Prepare basic reports on system adoption, process compliance, open issues, and implementation progress.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, business processes, or systems support.
• Practical understanding of transport or freight forwarding workflows; exposure to TMS or ERP preferred.
• Ability to document processes, follow up actions, train users, and work accurately with operational data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working across countries, cultures, and functions.
