About the role

The Institute seeks a dedicated Business Project Management Teacher to deliver high‑quality instruction and support to students pursuing vocational education in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality teaching and learning support in business project management.
• Conduct competency‑based assessments and evaluate student performance.
• Support administrative, promotional and other activities to ensure effective institute operations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree from an accredited institution (Bachelor for remedial/developmental programs or Master’s for other programmes).
• Appropriate vocational or industry experience in business/project management.
• Teaching qualification; where a Master’s is unavailable, a Bachelor’s plus extensive experience is acceptable.

Required skills

• Proven teaching and assessment experience in the discipline.
• Student‑centred teaching strategies and classroom management.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and competency‑based assessment.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver high‑quality education programmes.
