Business Set up Consultant

About the role

KWS Middle East is a business setup firm supporting companies and entrepreneurs in Dubai and across the UAE, helping with licensing, formation and PRO services in both Free Zone and Mainland jurisdictions. It is hiring a Business Set up Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The consultant advises clients on optimal business structures, licensing options and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market conditions and provide tailored consulting solutions with clear recommendations to clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and prepare business setup plans.
• Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities.
• Support clients through documentation and PRO processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, monitor project timelines and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in consulting and management consulting, preferably in business setup or corporate advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; professional certifications in consulting or project management are a plus.
• Experience with UAE business setup processes, including Free Zone and Mainland regulations, is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge of finance to support business planning, cost analysis and feasibility assessments.
