Business Setup Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Setup Consultant to advise clients on company formation and corporate structuring across mainland, free zone and offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. The role involves managing end‑to‑end setup solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures, licensing categories and jurisdictions based on their business activities and objectives.
• Manage the full company incorporation process, including trade name reservation, MOA preparation, license issuance and coordination with government authorities and free zones.
• Coordinate investor, employment and family visas in partnership with PRO teams, guiding clients on quotas, eligibility and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the setup journey, providing regular updates and resolving client queries.
• Upsell and cross‑sell related services such as license renewals, amendments, bank account opening and office space solutions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business setup or company formation within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of mainland, free zone and offshore jurisdictions and experience dealing with government authorities.
• Understanding of local visa processes and compliance requirements.
