Business Setup & Corporate Services Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Business Setup & Corporate Services Executive to manage client assignments from enquiry through execution while actively generating new business for our Dubai‑based advisory firm.

Key responsibilities

• Handle UAE mainland and free‑zone company formation, licensing, renewals, amendments and coordinate all related government applications.
• Manage PRO, immigration, MOHRE/labour procedures and assist clients with corporate bank‑account applications and KYC documentation.
• Coordinate accounting, VAT and corporate tax services through professional partners and provide corporate administration and advisory support.
• Maintain client files, prepare proposals, quotations and ensure regular communication and progress updates.
• Identify and acquire new clients, develop a sales pipeline, achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and pursue cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collect and review client identification documents, perform initial KYC/AML checks and flag high‑risk matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business setup, corporate services, PRO or related advisory functions.
• Proven ability to acquire clients, meet business‑development targets and maintain a professional network in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; fluent English (Arabic a plus).
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and capable of working independently.
