Business Support Controller

About the role

Join Etihad Engineering as a Business Support Controller, supporting the Senior Manager by turning operational, financial, customer and performance data into actionable insights. You will develop automated, near real‑time dashboards and apply AI‑enabled tools to enhance analysis, forecasting and decision‑making across Customer Care.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end reporting cycle: data extraction, validation, reconciliation, dashboard refresh and distribution of management reports.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into KPIs, reports, dashboards and analytical deliverables.
• Develop and continuously improve automated, near real‑time dashboards that provide a single view of performance, cost, productivity and customer outcomes.
• Analyse operational, financial, vendor and customer data to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations.
• Use AI‑enabled tools and automation to accelerate reporting, improve data quality and support forecasting while maintaining data controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, finance or operations, preferably in a complex service, airline or customer‑care environment.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in trend, variance, root‑cause, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and data‑storytelling skills.
