Business Support Officer – Group Business Banking

About the role

Embark on a journey where your contributions are celebrated and professional growth is embraced within the Retail Banking Group of ADCB. The role supports Group Business Banking by coordinating events, assisting IT, and providing administrative and reporting support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate seminars, conference calls and act as the focal point for client event data and confirmations.
• Assist IT in resolving issues related to profit distribution mechanisms to ensure accurate data recording.
• Provide administrative support to the line manager and colleagues across a range of tasks.
• Analyze progress reports, support functional specification sign‑off, and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects and system enhancements.
• Maintain and develop periodic MIS reports, collate data from multiple sources, analyse trends and present information for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum three years of experience in MIS or Business Support within banking or financial services.
