Business & Systems Analyst – Trading Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a Business & Systems Analyst to define and document business and system requirements for our trading platforms (MT5, DxTrade, ICTrade). The role bridges product management and engineering, ensuring integrations meet broker ecosystem needs while leveraging AI tools for efficient analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and elicit system requirements for MT5, DxTrade and ICTrade, working closely with Product Owners and development squads.
• Produce and maintain requirement specifications, process flow diagrams, and data mapping documentation.
• Participate in system testing, UAT and validation to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance (FSA, ASIC, CySEC, MiFID II).
• Facilitate communication between product management and technical teams, helping resolve requirement ambiguities early.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in trading platform or middleware environments.
• Hands‑on exposure to MT5 and DxTrade, with a strong advantage for in‑house platform knowledge.
• Practical use of AI assistants or large language model tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for analysis and documentation.
