Business Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Business Transformation Manager to lead discovery, analyse current operations and design improved processes, services and ways of working. You will work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to uncover challenges, facilitate workshops and deliver implementation‑ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery and transformation workshops with business leaders, process owners, operational teams and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and map current‑state processes, workflows, business rules, approvals and pain points.
• Validate problems, identify root causes and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience and operational performance.
• Design future‑state processes, service journeys and operating models, defining required role, system and touch‑point changes.
• Translate opportunities into clear business and functional requirements, user stories and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product, design, UX, technology and data specialists to assess feasibility and integration constraints.
• Develop process maps, transformation recommendations, roadmaps and solution documentation, and lead stakeholder reviews to achieve alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis or Service Design.
• Proven ability to independently lead engagements from discovery through future‑state definition and hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation, interviewing and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn ambiguous business operations into structured solutions.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments is highly preferred.

Required skills

• BPMN modeling for process documentation.
• Proficiency with Miro, FigJam, Visio or Lucidchart for visual mapping.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered research, analysis and productivity tools.
